How do I know if my order is confirmed if purchased online?
When buying tickets online, you will receive them by email. We can scan printed tickets or scan them off your phone.

You will save time at the attraction. The longest line is to buy tickets. Once you purchase online, you go straight into the line to enter, skipping the ticket line. Do not wait in the ticketing line.
What are the two types of tickets available?
Fast Pass and General Admission.
Can we bring guns or any kind of weapon?
No! We have metal detectors. Keep them in your trunk. Do not bring weapons of any kind into our haunt.
Do we pay to park?
We have no onsite parking! You can park anywhere in downtown Mobile public parking areas. Additionally, there are paid parking lots available.
Is your attraction open if it rains?
Absolutely! Our attraction is inside; however, the queue line is outside, so bring an umbrella.
Is your attraction handicap accessible?
No, it is not handicap accessible. The crowd can limit accessibility and safety for handicap individuals. Sweet Dreams features uneven and tilting floors and other obstacles. We can, however, arrange private tours for wheelchair guests to see the haunted house. Understand that with hundreds of people in the attraction, and very difficult situations, it can create a very tough situation for anyone in a wheelchair. We do not recommend you bring guests in wheelchairs. Again, if you would like to make special arrangements, we would be happy to escort wheelchair customers through during non-operational hours.
Does your attraction have security?
Yes! We hire local police and have our own security team.
Can we be thrown out of the attraction for any reason?
Yes. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, smoking, drugs, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules that must be adhered to for your own safety and that of other guests. Violations of these rules will usually bring a warning; however, you may be asked to leave. It is in your best interest to behave accordingly as there are no refunds.
Can we take flash photos of your haunted house?
Yes and no. Haunted houses are dark, and everyone, especially the actors, gets adjusted to the low light. When you flash your camera, you not only ruin other customers' experiences but also hurt the actors' and customers' eyes. However, you are allowed to take any photo or video without a flash.
What can't we bring to your haunted house?
No pets, no weapons, no drugs, no costumes. It is also recommended to leave your valuables at home or in your car, such as cell phones, purses, loose jewelry, and more. We do not stop production to search for lost or missing items. All lost or missing items will be searched for after the close of business. We are not liable for lost or missing items.
Will the actors touch us?
No. Our actors are trained not to touch customers for any reason. You will not be grabbed or touched by any actors unless by accident, which does happen. We also ask that you do not touch our actors, staff members, props, or sets. Warning: it is possible one of our actors or another customer may accidentally touch you. You are taking that risk upon entry. If you feel you have been touched without consent, please inform our management.
How old does a child need to be? Is it okay for younger kids?
We have no age restriction as long as the child is (a) accompanied by an adult and (b) wants to go through on his/her own will, with no one forcing him/her through. All kids are different. If you think your children will enjoy the scares, then bring them down. Please use appropriate judgment, and remember there are no refunds.
Can we be filmed while inside your haunted house?
Yes. We make videos for the promotion of our haunted house. Additionally, we have a security system that films everything. By entering the haunted house, you are agreeing to allow your image to be used.
Can we wear costumes or masks?
No! We cannot have our customers thinking you are one of our staff. No costumes or masks are allowed into the attraction. You can wear face masks for COVID.
What is the best night to visit?
Any night we are open! In short, the slower night is the first weekend in October. Many people also think Halloween night would be slammed, but it’s not. If you come on any of these nights, we put guests through slower, and wait times are much shorter.
Are we allowed to bring animals to the attraction?
No!
How long does it take to go through?
It depends on how fast you and your group travel through the maze. Sweet Dreams is a dark, confusing maze with plenty of sights along the way. We suggest you take your time for maximum fun and excitement to ensure you see everything available. Estimated time: 15 to 20 minutes.
